As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will be pivotal in enhancing the online experience for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and thoughtful responses to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. You will work closely with the tech and marketing teams to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date, assisting in implementing strategies to boost sales and user engagement.
Beyond customer interaction, you will maintain and update online content, monitor site metrics, and generate reports to pinpoint areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless user interface and journey. Collaboration is crucial; you’ll liaise with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues and with the inventory team to manage stock levels, helping us maintain a high standard of service across the board.
Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling them to effectively address and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive relationship. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, along with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS, is desirable. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, will aid in optimizing the online experience.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with strong problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting is crucial. Previous customer service or technical support experience within the e-commerce sector will be considered an asset.
